HTML b Element

The HTML b Element -- <b> -- is an HTML Element used to change the formatting of text to make it bold.

  You <b>will</b> do what I say.

The HTML address Element is available in: HTML 2, HTML 3, HTML 3.2, HTML 4, XHTML 1, and XHTML 1.1.


The HTML b Element has no HTML attributes.


There also exists a CSS command that can format text in the same way that is default for the HTML b ELement:

  font-weight : bold;

For example, one could use this as:

  You <span style="font-weight:bold;">will</span> do what I say.
