Crêpes (also sometimes written Crepes) are a type of very thin cooked Pancake usually made from wheat flour, of French origin.
It's generally considered a Dessert.
(This recipe was given to me by Radoslav Gazo.)
½ litre of Milk
200 grams of white flour
A little bit of Salt
1 to 2 tea spoons of Cooking Oil
Mix all the ingredients (above) together to make a Batter.
Put a little bit of the batter onto a frying pan, and fry it at a low or medium heat. Make sure to move the Frying Pan around, so that the (usable) surface of the frying pan is covered with the batter.
After about 1 or 2 minutes, the frying Crêpe should be solid enough to flip it... so flip it over (so you can fry the other side of it). (Only do this once. Do not flip it again.)
You can serve it with Whipped Cream and fruit,... Powdered Sugar and fruit,... or even with cooked meat.
(Strawberries are a common fruit to use.)
